We are sorry for what happened during your stay due to a severe property damage or unforeseen maintenance issues and as hosts we really don't wanted our guest to feel what you have encountered. With regards of smell and overflowed drains, that's the first time we've encountered that problem in our unit, again were sorry for that. You had to pay parking for using the visitors parking area, if we know a head of time that you need a space to park your car we could arrange it to the guards and have let you use the 2 parking spaces for our guest for free, right there, there's a miss communication. We don't want this to happen and we are really sorry for it.
We already contacted AirBnB support, as i have known they already refunded you the full amount.
