Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

The space
Apartment is accessed through a shared side entrance and comes complete with a full private 3 piece ensuite bathroom, large sitting area, kitchenette and laundry facilities. The apartment has both a queen size and single bed options. Coffee and tea is provided. The kitchenette is complete with a microwave, mini fridge, convection toaster oven, hot plate and all necessary kitchenware. Wifi included. It is a short 12 minute walk to a convenience store, a full grocery store, pizza parlor and bank. Historic downtown Bowmanville offering many shops and restaurants is only a 6 minute drive.
Guests are welcome to use the outside sitting area at the front of the house.
