Dear Vin Van, thank you for the balanced feedback, however, I am truly sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. I would have appreciated the possibility to sort out any dissatisfactions whilst you were here. I can guarantee that the bedding and towels are washed and the rooms thoroughly cleaned before and after any guest stays at my place. I apologize that your call and message on the day you got lost did not get through on time due to lack of reception; and that since there were different arrival times, the points I usually go through with every guest may have gotten somewhat confused... I did explain in a lot of detail on how to orient oneself with regards to bus stops and finding the house. It is true that the house was hot and stuffy during the time when you were here. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave of 37 degrees and a freak storm during that week which is not very typical, nor is it under anyone's control. It is clearly indicated on the listing that the rooms are equipped with fans and not airconditioners and that there is a cat in the house. I am sorry however that due to this combination of events, your stay was not as pleasant as it usually is for my guests. I will give due consideration to your feedback to continue to improve on the service provided. Thanks.
