We're lucky to have been given the opportunity to live and work on our Northern Southland farm, which has been in the family since 1926. When we have spare time we stay at our Wanaka holiday home, which we rent out to others so they too can have a great place to stay.
I’m Judi, and I work as a full time primary school teacher. Ross manages the farm with the help of casual farm staff. We also have a cat who enjoys the good life inside the house, and a springer spaniel dog who hangs out with our work dog team.
Being a land owner means we are guardians of the land, so we have a responsibility to keep the land protected for the future generations. We are community minded and help when it’s necessary.
Ross loves classic cars and has a 2 door 55 Chev. Judi likes reading, and enjoys developing the garden. We both really like travelling and meeting new people. We’ve been to Japan, China, the Philippines, Australia, UK and Ireland.
