This recently renovated apartment (2018) is located in the prestigious Aurora Highlands neighborhood and set in a cozy 1925 Sears Craftsman home.

High end finishes compliment FIOS Gigabit internet, and 4k TV entertainment center. Comes with your own driveway for dedicated off-street parking that leads to your own private entrance.

Walking distance to Reagan National Airport (DCA), Pentagon City mall, Crystal City's conference scene, Old Town Alexandria, and Del Ray.

The space
The space has been designed to be your home away from home, complete with brand new stainless steal appliances, stone counter tops, wood grain floors, and multiple seating and work areas.

High speed internet, 4k big screen TV, and Apple TV allow you to stream and/or broadcast your favorite shows on-demand.

Interested in going out? Take advantage of the quaint 2 block walk to the restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on 23rd street to relax, unwind, and enjoy Arlington, VA.

Please note, there are 4 steps to walk down to enter the unit.

Guest access
Your reservation is for the entire basement unit - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. It also includes access to your own driveway/walkway, and seamless self check-in/out.

The kitchen comes complete with new stainless steal appliances, including a full-sized fridge, stove/oven combo, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We also like to throw in a few snacks and beverages to help make you feel at home!

Other things to note
The house was built in 1925 and despite being recently updated, there will be small noises from the rental unit above. You may hear people walking around, running water, or the furnace turning on and off. These noises are not violently loud, but are present.

You're just a 15 minute walk from grocery stores such Whole Foods and Harris Teeter.
Need a late night snack? - try Bob & Edith's 24 hour diner - a solid neighborhood establishment.

Other neighborhood conveniences that are also walk-able: CVS, Costco, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Dry Cleaning, Mobile Gas, and Orange Theory.
