I read your review and would like to clear up any confusion you may have had.
The building was built in 1972, was used until recently as a hotel and has been very well maintained.
The condos have only had electricity for less than 2 months , to recover from 2 category 5 hurricanes. The surrounding areas were beautiful before this disaster, and are struggling to recover. St. Croix needs understanding in these areas , not criticism, please.
My website clearly states that there is no WiFi or cable available until FEMA can restore service. It also clearly states that it is second floor, in many information areas. The only pre hurricane picture is the pool, which is operational. All other pictures are a month old.
My caretaker, Teresa, told you where everything was. She is on property, and asked several times how you were. You didn't ask any other questions.
She had an appointment with you to do your laundry for you, but you stood her up. She is so accommodating that she would have done it for free. Even though that type of service deserves to be paid for.
I was also very attentive, and took my time to call you to make sure you understood the directions to my condo. This being because GPS is not accurate, due to the islands having unnamed, small streets.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $85, no matter how long you stay. Which is an average price.
I hope this clears up any discontent that you may have had.
