This AMAZING cabin sits on 3 acres next to the Brazos river, just 15 minutes from Weatherford, 35 minutes from Granbury, and 45 minutes from Forth Worth. Bring your family and friends, and enjoy the PEACEFUL life on the river. The sunsets are GORGEOUS. Come to swim, canoe, kayak, fish, RELAX and UNWIND!

The space
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath, including tub shower and double sinks. There is a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony, and has a great view of the river. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a beautiful view of the woods (watch for deer and birds). The wood burning stove, in the living room, offers a cozy atmosphere during winter months. The guest bathroom is down the hall from the guest bedroom, and has a small stall shower. A collection of family friendly DVD's, games and puzzles are provided. Downstairs is the bunk room, with 4 twin beds and a half-bathroom. The rec room has newly-installed flooring, air hockey and foosball tables and a dining area. Washer and dryer is also located on the first floor.

Corn hole, fishing poles, life jackets and paddles are located in the garage, along with a propane grill and mini charcoal grill.

You will be fortunate if you get to meet either of our friendly neighbors! There are no permanent residents on the South side of the property (trailers), but our neighbors on the North side are elderly. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 9 pm.

Please don't be alarmed by our scarecrow (Jacoby), who greets you when you drive onto the property!

Uniquely situated on the Brazos river, it is common to see deer walk through the property. The river is very peaceful, and has very little current; it's great to canoe, or kayak and explore. There are no residents on the West side of the river so it is a very natural area.
