The space
The apartment enjoys unobstructed and panoramic sea views of Valletta's Grand Harbour surrounded by bastions, Sliema Creek, Manoel Island and Ta' Xbiex yacht marina - undoubtedly one of Malta's most spectacular views.

In addition to the superb location, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural light and offers breathtaking sea views. Moreover, the OneOneO seafront apartment is conveniently located close to all amenities, within walking distance of Maltas' best shopping malls, restaurants and cafes, banks, supermarkets, hospitals, public transport bus stops and more.

The apartment faces South, ideal for sun bathing during the day. A small balcony to rear for when it gets too hot with a view over old ramshackle gardens.

Other things to note
There are many restaurants and eateries, bars and convenience stores on your door step, but otherwise St. Julians, Exiles Bay, Balluta Bay, Spinola Bay and Paceville are just 20 to 25 minutes walk away to the North, 5 to 10 mins by taxi. Busses pass by right in front and airport is a mere 15 to 20 minutes drive, subject to traffic.

The Strand is a busy area with considerable development. Next door is an apartment complex under construction, but most of the building work is nearing completion. The finishes work is then expected to commence, but generally works stop around 16 or 17 in the afternoon subject to time of year.

However, most of Sliema, St. Julians, Tigne Point and indeed many parts of Malta have significant construction works all year round.

Malta has a generally low crime rate and is therefore overall a very safe place to be. We still advise you take usual precautions in respect of valuables.

Break ins and street robberies are very rare.

Almost everyone speaks English and the Maltese have a friendly can do attitude to almost anything. If you think a cafe is about to close, just ask, as very often it is no bother to set you up with a coffee or drink anyhow. Shops are the same. You might arrive before opening time, but if they are there and you knock on the door, more often than not, they will welcome your custom.

Otherwise this area is particularly lively during the summer, nevertheless it is used by young as well as old all year round.

Please note that Eco-Contribution (equivalent to city tax) needs to be collected upon check-in. This tax due is of €0.50c per person per night capped to €5.00 per person for each continuous stay.
