The Ocean Manor Condo is a hotel resort, located on Fort Lauderdale beach on Galt Ocean Mile, best location Fort Lauderdale.
The first apartment has large bedroom w/ 1King Size bed, and 1 full size sofa bed (available with extra fee), 50' flat screen HDTV with cable TV channels, dresser with 3 drawers en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom is completely tiled with double sink and walk-in shower.
The living room w/ sofa, ottoman, armchair, side table, also a 50' flat screen HDTV with cable TV channels and DVD player, dining table with four chairs, and desk with chair and a counter eat place.
Fully kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, glass top stove, oven and dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glasses, dishes, and cutlery are supplied.
Tiled floors throughout apartment.
The second bedroom contain 1 king size bed, dresser and closet.
The second apartment is a large studio with separated 2 queen size beds and 1 full size sofa bed (available with extra fee) and contains a 55' flat screen HDTV with cable TV channels, DVD player, walk-in closet, 1 dressers with 6 drawers, 1 table and four chairs, mini kitchen equipped with mini size refrigerator, Microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glasses, dishes, and cutlery are supplied.
The second bathroom is completely tiled with 1 sink and a walk-in shower.

1-When you arrive please take a few minutes reading the welcome letter. There are some important directions that you need to know.
2-Your check-in is 4:00pm and the check-out is 11:00 am.*

**Maximum delay time up to 2 hours – penalty-extra fee applicable.
3- Extra fee - Ask for:
* Safe digital code extra fee $20.00.
* Early check-in 1:00 pm extra fee $150.00 (if available).
* Late check-out 2:00 pm extra fee $150.00 (if available).
* Late check-out until 02:00, because we need two hours to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest who will check-in at 4:00.
* If you need more time I will charge you one more night rate.
* Sofa bed or rollaway bed extra fee $15.00 for per each person per day.
4-The AC works with the building water sometimes the water is hotter. Do not worry if the temperature goes up the water will be cool and the temperature will go down.
There is a shower to remove the sand from the beach on the edge of the beach. There is broom and vacuum in the apartment we recommend you to be careful and keep the room without sand.
When you check-out do not leave your belongs into the apartment the maid will cleaning and put everything in trash. We wash all bedding, including blankets, comforters, quilts, pillow covers, sheets and every towels at all checkout. Please put used towel in the basket and keep the bedding on the bed.
5- No smoking, no noise, no mess in the apartment or in the building.
5.1- Keep the room without sand use the broom or vacuum.
5.2- Do not use hydrogen peroxide towels and sheets will stain.
5.3- Throw garbage in the room trash and avoid insects in the apartment.
5.4- After your check-out the maid will clean and put all belongs she found in trash.
5.5- Keep closed impact windows, open the windows break the rules: Penalty: $300.00 per each time.
5.6- Do not obey the rules. Penalty: lose the security deposit.
5.7- To clog toilet, shower or sink. Penalty: $100.00 each time.
5.8- If something was damaged, stained or missing the value according replacement list will be deducted from your security deposit.
5.9- Before to slide the blinds make sure they are on the open position to the light. Take care to do not break the vanes (the value according replacement list will be deducted from your security deposit).
5.10- If the oven or stove does not work, please tighten the plug in the outlet behind of the stove and it will work again.
6-YOU MAY ALSO BE AWARE ALL HALLWAYS AND COMMON AREAS ARE MONITORED BY SECURITY CAMERAS.
THE BUILDING IS CONNECTED TO THE CENTRAL FIRE ALARM STATION AS PER CITY ORDINANCE AND REGULATIONS TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
IF GUEST SET OFF THE ALARM IN THE BUILDING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT COMES AUTOMATICALLY WHETHER IT IS A FALSE ALARM OR A REAL FIRE.
EACH TIME THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVES THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED $595.00. THIS IS FOR EACH FALSE ALARM NO EXCEPTIONS.
7- The host is not responsible and will not be due any compensation or discount:
7.1- By bad weather;
7.2- If the pool, coin laundry, Tiki bar, hairdresser, store, coffee shop, or any other resort service eventually is not available during your stay.
7.3- The decision to close the spaces in the resort for maintenance.
7.4-Noise, confusion, renovations, problems, fights and other things OUTSIDE the unit. Therefore solve these issues by yourself or call the police on 911 there is not allowed to disturb the owner with problems outside the unit.
Please avoid making contact between 10pm to 10am, respect the owner's privacy.
