Idyllic Spanish beach home with open plan kitchen island/dinning area with french doors to the garden. 1 master bedroom ensuite, 1 bedroom w/ bunk beds & 1 single bedroom for an adult, 2wc/shower.Sea & mountain view terraces, private path to fabulous beaches.

The space

Charming spanish beach home with open plan kitchen island/ dinning area with french doors to the garden & pool. 3 bedroom (1 double ensuite, 2 singles)), 2 wc/ shower. Wood burner in lounge. Sea and mountain view terraces, private path to fabulous beaches.

The beach house is set amid a coastal park with just a handful of neighbours, a few minutes walk down a private path to 22 km of wide white sandy beaches and gentle shallow mediterranean sea. Spectacular mountain and sea views and the sound of the ocean from your bed!
Garden has terraces, orchard, lawn, hammocks and dinning / lounging areas. A wood burner for winter days, all go toward making this an incredibly relaxing and romantic location.

The property has wifi and satellite tv. There are beach chairs and umbrellas.
Outside dinning area with Indonesian day bed.
Secure garden and parking for up 4 cars.

I can offer holistic treatments and massages, reiki courses and paella making classes. I have a network of colleagues that offer other therapies, dance classes or displays, cooking workshops etc. Breakfast or meals provided by prior arrangement.

We are in an un- urbanised location, ie small local lanes of typical beach properties with no street lighting, ( fantastic night sky stars!) but just a short 5 min drive into town to all amenities, tapas bars, shops etc. bustling friday market.

Ideally you have a hire car but a bike would suffice or you can walk 5 minutes to bus stop to town.

This place was lovely, it had everything we needed to stay in or go out. We arrived early and the satnav got us to the door nearly...but there was a chain stopping access, so we had thought we had gone wrong! Do not be turmed away! Even if a neighbour is telling you you are on the wrong road. Even with this Maria and Leonie did their best to get us there. it is a lovely barking included it did not bother us...i want to thank Leonie for a perfect holiday.

We stayed here for 10 days 2 couples, it was beautiful, relaxing, fairly remote, everything you needed in the house The host has thought of everything you would need for a comfortable stay, its location is unrivalled, a 5 min walk at the back to the beach. It is a natural path through wild flowers and bamboo everywhere, if you take a right at the end you will find a pleasant flat walk onto the beach on the left, we didn't know this and climbed the Sandhills in front at first!. A car is recommended tho as it is something of a warren to find and the roads are quite tight though we did find a taxi who knows where the house is now ( Joe's taxi, Oliva, fab ) he speaks fab English and is something of a guide and really helpful, so our driver could have a drink out too as we felt bad !. Denia is about 20 mins and 33 euros, Gandia around 15 and 25 euros. Gandia you would struggle if you didn't know basic Spanish menus etc. Pego is cute and not too far a drive, it is very cheap there and the main paseo is lovely, a tree covered meeting area full of restaurants. Oliva old town is lovely and there is always something going on, we went to a Gastronomical festival, street food stalls yum in the newer bigger part. There are no shops by the house, the nearest tiny expensive supermarket is turn right up the beach and a 15 min walk to Camping Azul. There is also a bar there. Beach bars were being put up just to the left too as you enter the beach. Oli Ba Bas will be situated at Eurocamp just a little further on than Azul we were told by Joe. The roof terrace is fab at the house, always a sea breeze there and the hammock is idyllic. The house has a lovely vibe and a welcome feel to it and you will want to stay. Ok it would have helped with 2 double bedrooms in our case but there is a sofa bed in the lounge area we could have easily used. There are dogs secured around most properties, they don't bat an eyelid at cars but when walking they can be a little vocal, Mostly I think they were just glad to see someone half the time and did have their tails wagging. At the beach road at the back you can take a left and walk as far down as you can, then you come to a promenade all the way parallel to the beach if you fancy a walk all the way to Kiko Park area which is lovely. Leonie is a lovely host and we'd love to return.

The house is lovely, located in a quiet and serene location. Leonie made sure I was comfortable in the house and that I had everything I needed. When I arrived in Oliva, she met me in the town center and helped me get groceries (the house is far from the town and I didn't have a car). I had quite a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! Would also recommend getting an energy treatment with Leonie!

The house had a lovely atmosphere and was kitted out with everything we needed. My favourite bits were taking a warm shower outside, using the barbecue, being so close to my favourite beach (5 minute walk through a beautiful flowery meadow), lying in the hammock with my husband at night looking up at the stars, having a good massage and not being bitten to bu**ery by mosquitos as I usually am because we were so close to the sea. I will definitely return.
