The suite is located at garden level in a registered heritage home built in 1913 and has been recently renovated and furnished for guests. My vision for this renovation was to provide people with a comfortable and relaxing oasis in Vancouver. The suite is suitable for 1-4 people.
The location is ideal, three blocks from the ocean and minutes to downtown or the University of British Columbia by public transit or car.

Insurance requirements dictate that the age of the person renting the suite is at least 26 years old.
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The suite is completely non-smoking, however ashtrays are provided for use outdoors.
