This lovely home was built in the 1800's , is featured in the book Historic Shelburne and offers character and charm with the benefit of ample square footage.

This is an entire 3 bedroom one level apartment with kitchen, brand new fridge and cooking range oven. Living room with smart tv and netflix, WiFi, and 2 sofas that convert into single beds.
BBQ is large backyard is shared with upper unit guests. Please clean after use.

Other things to note
This is a completely private first floor unit in a historic home. No steep steps to navigate through front street entrance. There is a back entry with small raised deck (steps) leading to large private back yard. There is a smart TV with Netflix- no cable tv

There is one other separate upper unit in the large historic home home. Please keep noise in mind when enjoying your stay.

While this unit can sleep up to 6 guests, we do expect that if maximum guests are staying that quiet hours 10pm - 8am are respected for everyone's enjoyment. There is one full bathroom.

If you are a larger group and 1 bathroom won't meet your needs you can discuss booking the entire house (2 units, 6 bedrooms) and enjoy both units for your vacation.
