Nice place to stay for a while. The place is situated in a gated area and there is a security guard at the entrance of the building. The place is quiet and close to major malls.
Expect some cockroaches in the building. This is not uncommon for the Philippines though.

1ケ月滞在した。長期滞在には向かない。何故なら予備のシーツ、上掛けの予備がない。トイレットペーパーも補充なし。調理器具も長期滞在者には不備。
当初予定した部屋は窓がなし。窓のある部屋に替えてもらった。ベッドソファーに3人で座っていたところ、突然ソファーの足が破損。 (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) kgの体重。通常の使用で破損したが、修理費を請求された。
場所は、生活をするには便利です。パークモール、jモールも歩いて (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 歩くらいです。
