50 sqm studio apartment with ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and sink. 40 sqm deck, camping chairs available. Max 2 people, no kids. No visiting guests.

The space
The studio apartment is totally private and separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance from the garden. The deck/terrace is also just for your own use. The laundry room is just outside of the apartment in the same building with a washing machine. You can park your car in front of the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for children and it is strictly for max 2 persons. Please note that there is a construction nearby on weekdays. While it doesn’t affect the apartment itself, there may be noise during the day.

You have access to the whole apartment, the terrace/deck in-front of the apartment and to the laundry room.

Other things to note
The apartment is strictly only for registered persons, max 2. Smoking Is not allowed in the apartment. We appreciate if you take off your shoes. We live in a high fire hazard area, it is not allowed to make fire in our whole village . We provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic spices, but No oil and vinegar and milk. There is a TV in the apartment which you can use for watching videos or connect your device with your HDMI cable. Please dont move our furniture and arts around. Please note that there is a construction nearby. While it doesn’t affect the apartment itself, there may be noise during the day.

Rooiels Bay, WC, South Africa

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Rooi Els is a small beautiful conservation village, often windy with big waves just in front of you. You feel that you are very close to nature. At the same time it is only an hour from Cape Town, half an hour from the vineyard. The house is about 80 km from Cape Town, 15 km from Gordon's Bay, 30 km from Somerset West. The village has a sandy beach, it is 3 min drive or 10 min walk from the house. Our house is in a mystic spot between the ocean and mountains, surrounded by waves, and fynbos. You can see baboons, dolphins, whales, seals, dassies and birds from the window. You have 270 degree ocean view.
