Our 150 year old, lovingly restored 2-story home with water views and a spectacular back yard will make your vacation dreams come true. Nestled in the fishing village of Greenspond NL, you can explore the trail system, visit the operating fishing wharf or just enjoy the lapping of the waves from the large front deck. Dogs are welcome -2 maximum. Fee based on number and breed. 3-night minimum stay required for July, August and September long weekends.

The space
Sunlight streams through the many main floor windows in our largely open concept home. Original wood floors and walls on the main floor are complimented by the state of the art kitchen (induction range, concrete counter tops and a built in refrigerator), laundry room with new appliances and a charming half bath. Up the original stair case you will find three bedrooms that have brickwork that dates back to the home's construction and an amazing second story full bath which features a soaker-tub and a large walk in shower.
The out door space is comprise of a lovely yard full of flowers and bird houses and a large deck complete with deck chairs, a rocker, a propane barbecue, an outdoor fire pit and amazing ocean views!
