Can't beat the location. Worth staying for that alone. Property is aging but clean, spacious and comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues but Iva and Luke are now aware of them.

We had a fantastic stay at Iva & Lukas place. We had a car so we unloaded at the train station which is about 50m from the apartment (their friend met us to check us in) and had to park at a supermarket which is about 150m uphill which was pretty convenient considering the location. The apartment has a beautiful view and looks out onto the harbour. It is small but great for two people and very clean and full of essentials. The building has other rooms but we were the only ones in the building at the time. The bathroom is in the hallway so I'm not sure if it is shared with other rooms should they be occupied. The location is so close to the old town and all the restaurants which is very nice. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Thank you so much!! Just to clarify, there is no train station on the island, I guess you ment that the bus stop is close by : ) and no, the bathroom is not shared.

We were welcomed by Tonchi at the ferry port and it was great being able to get all his local recommendations for the area. The apartment is only a short walk from both ferry ports on the island. We loved how close by the old Town was from the apartment and there are many wonderful places to eat and drink very nearby. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It was so nice to have a quiet place to sip wine and watch the ships go by. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals you might make. The one thing we hadn't clued in to prior to the visit is that the bathroom is seperate and not contained within the apartment. This was not an issue because no one else was in the building at the time. Just a heads up for others. The only issue we had during our stay was the noise. As the apartment is a few metres away from restaurant/bar, it was very noisy at night time (well past 2am) with music and people yelling. We think we might have simply had bad luck with staying at the same time as a rowdy group of people but the windows there are not that great at cancelling out street noises. All in all, great location and a beautiful view.

This yacht marina studio apartment was one of our favourite stays while 3 weeks in Croatia! It is exactly like the pictures show and the location couldn't be better. It is 57 seconds, yes seconds, walk to bus depot! An important detail when departing on a 6:45am bus. We were nicely greeted upon arrival at the ferry dock by a friend of the hosts, walked to the apartment and shown around. For our 2 night stay we really didn't use the kitchen, but all things were clean and neat. We would gladly stay here again and very much enjoyed the "quiet" pre-season that April has to offer.

The apartment was perfect! Clean, close to everything, amazing views, and was equipped with everything we needed. Iva was extremely helpful and was available to answer any questions we had. If we come back to Korčula (which we hope to) this would definitely be our first choice!

While we didn't get to meet Iva&Luka, we were greeted at the ferry dock and showed around to the apartment location. Everything was in order, and can't ask for a better view.

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes to the walled city, markets, and ferry, right beside the yacht marina, 1 minute from the bus station, 2 minutes to the beach. It was clean with everything we needed. We felt comfortable and secure and had a great stay. The balcony is a great place to relax and watch the boats. We really appreciated the booklet of recommendations left by the hosts, it helped us make the most of our time. The hosts were helpful, ensuring we were met at the bus station and checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Hi, there. We are Iva&Luka.

We are married couple, adore traveling and meeting new people and cultures. So AirBnB has been a great adventure and service for us.

We enjoy leading active and healthy lifestyle. Currently, we are learning new ways of preparing healthy food. More precise, Iva is experimenting and Luka is a brave food taster. ; )

Our cool stone house has been in our family for over 150 years, since Iva’s grand grandfather build it for his stone-masonry workshop. We don’t use it as much as we like so we love the opportunity to share it with our guests.

Originally the sea used to come all the way to our own beach on the north side of the house. Today the beach has been turned into the main yachting marina of Korcula. Yacht watching became one of our favorite amusements while relaxing on our balcony for breakfast.

We are now living in Zagreb, but we love coming back to Korcula for its amazing pleasant climate, laidback lifestyle, clean transparent sea and wholesome healthy food that Korcula has to offer in order to keep ourselves charged up!

If you wanna know more about your Korcula holiday...just ask.
