The CASA DEL MAR is located in the quiet community of LA Marina. There are no high-rise buildings here :)
Close to Guardamar del Segura, Elche, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.
In 10-15 minutes on foot, or faster by car, you can reach a selection of good and inexpensive restaurants and bistros.
From the house you can take small walks in the countryside, or after a few minutes' drive, longer ones on the beautiful beaches, the dunes or in the pine forests.
The sprawling beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina are just a few minutes' drive away. On our beaches, parking is free almost everywhere.
Playa La Marina is 2 km long and about 50 m wide. It has the blue flag, the seal of approval for best water quality, safety and environmental protection.
Also a few minutes' drive away is Los Tusales beach, then a short walk through the wooded dunes. It is 1.6 km long and 60 m wide. Nudism is possible here.

In the community of La Marina there are... supermarkets, banks, doctors, veterinarians, opticians, restaurants, bistros, and many different shops.
Between the vacation home and the beach is a shopping area 5 minutes away by car, where you will find supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Consum, Iceland and others.
Weekly markets are available in La Marina on Thursdays and Saturdays and almost every day in different places up to 15 km.
