The Garden Flat is a hidden gem, located in the centre of St Ives. Very spacious for 2 people.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat Pet Friendly. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Wi-Fi is a basic package. Please read info before booking.
St Ives is a busy town, there can be noise.
There is No Parking

The space
The entrance to the garden flat is through the conservatory which looks onto the garden area.
There is a spacious lounge/dining area with a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bedroom has a small double bed, 4' 6'' with an ensuite shower and toilet. The shower is accessed through the bedroom.
The Garden is COMMUNAL/SHARED at times with guests staying in the flat upstairs. St Ives is very busy during the summer, you can expect to hear noise from the street and from the upstairs flat, especially if sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. Please take note of this. We set the price with this in consideration. PET FRIENDLY

The flat is light, bright and airy, on the ground floor and no hill to access. It is comfortable and provides a very good base from which to explore St Ives and the surrounding area.
Maximum number of guests is 2, but the flat can sleep 4 so there is plenty of space for 2 people
There is NO PARKING space with the property, but there are several car parks around the town.

Bed linen and towels are provided,(though not beach towels).
Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. There is a travel cot & high chair .
The tourist office is a short walk from the property and the local cinema is opposite the property. A Co op store is next door with a great selection of wines and beers.
There is _NO PARKING _space at the flat but several car parks around the town.
For off loading there is a bus stop by the gates which does not allow cars to wait, however people often do but need to be quick.
Just prior to the bus stop there are 5 limited time parking spaces for unloading, people often wait up the road for one to become available in busy times. We can offer help and assistance if needed.
