The Aspen Lodge is a beautiful 5 bedroom home on pristine Otter Lake, in Tulameen, BC. Otter Lake is a clean lake, 5 Km long just 3.5 hours from Vancouver. It’s a great recreational lake for swimming, water-skiing as well as fishing. The Transcanada Trail(formerly Kettle Valley Railway) is viewed across and runs the length of the lake.
**WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY IN JULY AND AUGUST**

The space
A Master bedroom with 3 piece ensuite is located on main floor. A second bedroom on the main has a queen bed. A third bedroom on the main has two twin beds. Upstairs a 4th bedroom contains a queen bed and a sofabed(no linen provided for the sofabed) and a fifth bedroom with two sets of bunks, each having a twin bed over a double.

Also included is a studio suite above the garage that contains a queen bed and 3 piece bathroom.

Guest access
The Aspens has a dock and almost 300 feet of private beach for Aspen guest use only. A spacious lawn provides ample opportunity for lawn games or relaxation. You will enjoy dining on our deck while enjoying the view with the water just steps away. The beach has a gradual entry making it safe for the little ones.

Other things to note
A canoe (some life jackets available), and junior playground are on the property for guest enjoyment. Inside, a pool table is provided as well as a 70" smart TV for guests to log in to their personal account.

The TransCanada Trail runs along the eastern shore of Otter lake providing walking, cycling and ATV opportunities. The town of Tulameen is a ten-minute walk away and has a general store, a covered groomed skating rink in the winter and a sport court in the summer.
