Our brand new, modern, cozy guesthouse has private entrance, is quiet, spacious and comfortable. Private deck to enjoy a drink al fresco, fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook like a pro and don't even worry about Laundry, you will have just anything you need to feel at home. Excellent location in the heart of Eagle Rock, close to Downtown, Silverlake, Dodger Stadium, Loz Feliz, Glendale, Rose Bowl,Pasadena...Just a block from Colorado blv. Trendy shops, restaurants, bustling cafes, etc

The space
this brand new guesthouse was just finished on December (2017).You'll enjoy feeling like home in this peaceful space. Totally private entrance (you will have your own code to get in) the entire guest house has central air/heat, in the living room you can enjoy your favorites TV shows (Roku TV) watch Netflix, Hulu,Spectrum Live TV, HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime,etc. Enjoy the Fully Equipped Kitchen (Coffe maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, 4 burners gas range, range hook, quiet dishwasher, utensils, pots,pans,etc...From the kitchen you'll have a French Door to get into a Deck/Patio .
The Bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with 4 feather pillows, there is a desk to get some work done, besides all this you'll have a full walking closet with plenty of hangers and a dresser drawer.
The impeccable bathroom have extra towels, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer, Kleenex, cotton swabs, first aid kit, etc
As if all this were not enough you will have your own Laundry (washing machine and dryer, that you can use at your convenience).
About Parking spot, you will have the driveway to park anytime during your stay.
House is located on a cul-de-sac, so is a very quiet street.
