Regarding the “No shower or bathroom door”, I'm assuming this is referring to having the installed shower curtain instead of a hard shower door. A shower curtain is standard for a shower, but my apologies if you were expecting something different and the shower curtain did not suffice.
As for the pest and cleanliness, we request all guest notify us immediately if any uncleanliness is found since the property is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each guest. As for the pest, preventative pest control is done regularly to avoid such problems, unfortunately, your sighting was the first time and I do apologize for that experience.
Generally, if any of the items mentioned above was reported during your stay, the issue would have been resolved immediately to avoid any discomfort during your trip, but I thank you for supplying this information, so we can improve our hosting standards.
