It is fully equipped with a kitchen comprising oven, four ring hob, multipurpose microwave, dishwasher, fridge and double drainer sink, pots, pans and cutlery and crockery for four. There is a double bedroom with a UK king size bed. There is a single/day bed in the living area. There is a dining table and chairs for four. A washing machine is available at no extra cost. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a toilet. There is an additional toilet. The apartment is centrally heated and has extra electric heaters if required. In the living area are two armchairs and a television with French and U.K. Sky channels available. The 5 x 10m swimming pool is available from early June until the autumn from 10am until 11pm. The tranquility of the place is precious especially between 11pm and 9am. The nearest shops are 5km away in Saint Cyprien Sur Dourdou and a supermarket 14km distant in Marcillac Vallon.
The hamlet of Luc Haut comprises three houses, our nearest neighbours are 400m away. The mountains of the Aubrac are visible about 80km to the south-east .
We are ideally placed for peace and quiet but historic sites abound and are within a short drive. There are several excellent restaurants close by and we are in the middle of the Marcillac wine growing area. The capital of our department is Rodez which has every facility. There are cross country walks all around us requiring varying degrees of fitness. The River Lot is 15 minutes away where canoeing is popular. Para gliding is also available for the daring.
The apartment is normally available from Easter-time to the beginning of October. The normal minimum period of occupancy is seven nights, Saturday after 1600 to Saturday 1000.”
