Here is the cozy living room with a wood burning stove to sit around on cold winter evenings and talk or watch a movie around. There are children's books and toys also neatly stowed here to make all guests comfortable. Another picture of the living room showing the front door and more seating.

It's a cozy clean and quiet place to stay. I would stay here again, however be forewarned it's 3-5 miles to any restaurant or store. The cooling system is a swamp cooler, blowing air of one main vent from the top of the house. Beds are comfortable but other furniture was outdated…

Only thing I would have to add is be sure to bring your own entertainment such as movies or music. Besides that she had everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay

We loved the lay out. Perfect for our needs. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located between Mesa Verde and Chaco Canyon. Nicely decorated! We loved our stay!

Heather's home exceeded every expectation we had from the experience. Her home was so cozy and met all our needs. We loved being out in the heart of Aztec to enjoy the wildlife and scenery.

The house was perfect for our needs! We loved it was close enough to Durango. The price was very reasonable. Big kitchen table, nice cooking area. Functional bunk beds that work well for kids. Communication is great!
