A perfectly located, one bedroom apartment with private courtyard in the trendy Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in Vancouver. Secure parking included.

The space
This apartment is a little oasis in the heart of the city. It's in a fabulous location so you can walk, bike or use transit with ease when you stay here.

A few quick side notes before you rent my place...
- It's not quite suitable for children and I only have one bed so keep that in mind when booking. Please feel free to reach out to me if you think my place is suitable for your pets or children. I could potentially accommodate certain situations.
- I don't have a microwave or cable. I do have a TV with Google Chromecast and and HDMI cable available. And a bluetooth speaker is also available so you can listen to music.
- Also, our elevator is currently being repaired, so it is unavailable for use until further notice. My apologies for any inconvenience!

And feel free to sit and use the courtyard. It's a great place for coffee in the morning!
