Enjoy our comfortable and quiet one bedroom basement apartment. We are centrally located (just 10 miles from the White House), very easy to walk around, close to major highways (I-66 and I-495), and West Falls Church Metro Station.
Feel instantly at home in our basement apartment. Our apartment can accommodate up-to three people - perfect for those traveling with a small family or friend.
We have one bedroom with standard bed with pillow top mattress and a sofa bed in the living room.
There is a separate entrance to your apartment.
Enjoy your own washer and dryer, and cable TV. Ask for Wi-fi password for internet on your arrival. Small kitchen is available with coffee maker, toaster and an electric skillet to make simple meals.
Interaction with guests
While you check-in, we would love to meet you in person and handover keys.
However, you can contact us anytime via phone-call, text or email and we will respond as soon as possible.
Other things to note
Check in/out time: Let us know your arrival and departure time. We will accommodate accordingly. Both of us work during weekdays so please make arrangement for check-in in advance. During weekends we can check-in our guests as early as noon and in weekends we ask our guests to wait till 5:30 pm.

- We don't allow pets and smoking inside the apartment.
-We do NOT allow other guests in the house without prior notification and agreement. Please do not invite people other than our guests to our house without discussing the matter with us and an agreement that it is OK.
-No loud music and parties.
-illegal substances and/or hazardous materials not allowed on the premises at any time.
-Please do not light candles in the house as they are fire hazard.
-Please make sure that all electric equipment, appliances, and other devices are turned off/unplugged and safely stowed after use or when nobody in present in the apartment.
We are originally from Nepal - the country known for Mt. Everest and great hospitality!
