Cottage, studio or flat, for us it's just a detail. Our space goes beyond that. It is 42m² of good energy and a desire to welcome guests of any orientation, belief and nationality. The chalet is private and features Wi-Fi, Smart TV, A/C, an equipped kitchen, bathroom and barbecue. It is located in a gated community with an automatic gate and in its COMMON area there is an adult and children's pool, shower, vegetable garden and stake. All this is 800 meters from the beach (entrance 2). The price varies according to the number of guests on the reservation.

The space
Our space is on the ground floor and with easy access (but not for wheelchair users, unfortunately). It has a lighting set that allows you to have lots of light, or indirect light to relax. The kitchen is small, but can be used to prepare any dish. The private barbecue is ideal for meeting friends, or a barbecue for two. The decor is personalized with our face. There is a lot of surfing and a little bit of some of the places we've been around the world (we hope you like it).

Guest access
In the condominium, in the common areas, our guests can access all the facilities. In addition to the swimming pools and showers, we also have herbs such as rosemary, basil, mint, boldo, lemon, orange, passion fruit, carambola, pepper, etc. Availability obviously depends on the time of year. The car space is marked.

In the bedroom, we have a double bed and a single bed. IMPORTANT: Bed and bath linens are required.
The chalet is rustic and simple. We try to convey in words and photos exactly what our space is like. We are not a 5-star hotel and we make a point of noting this so that expectations are in line with the listing. The voltage is 220V.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our house is 800 meters from the beach, at entrance 2. On the way are the Bom Gosto supermarket (best supermarket in Maresias), Elite II bakery (also the best bakery and with the best açaí juice in the world lol). In addition to a wine shop, butcher shop, pet shop, "sells everything" store, pharmacy and etc. This entrance is in the left corner of Maresias (opposite corner of Moreira), and this end of the beach is very beautiful, as there is a river that flows into the sea, in a curve, along the rocks. Ideal for photos at dawn and late afternoon. There is also the trail to Paubá Beach. The Neighborhood is very calm and quiet (it is not disturbed by the noise of the nightclubs, although you can walk to them). For reference only, it is a 17-minute walk to Sirena.
