My work: fisioterapista
Speaks English, Italian and Spanish
Lives in Veneto, Italy
My name is Elena, I am 38 years old and always born and lived in this village at the foot of the mountain, I live with my husband and daughter and for a few years we have shared our home with other guests and manage a small Bed and Breakfast.
My main activity is physiotherapy, I work both in an external structure and in my studio that I manage under the house, while my husband is a pizza chef and works at a pizzeria near the house.
We are two very open and respectful people and we like to share the luck of living in such a beautiful and still quiet place with friends.
We came a few years ago the idea of opening our house because here in this small village you practice the sport of paragliding and hang gliding and for about 20 years it has been a destination for sports tourists from northern Europe.
So we said so we don't try?
In turn, we are also curious travelers and in a particular way I like when I travel to get to know how people live, and unfortunately travel is always so short, so there's better than being hosted directly by people to get to know more about customs, traditions of a place and enriching each other.
Among my main passions: taking long walks in the countryside or in the mountains with the dog, practicing yoga and meditation, listening to good music and maybe even singing, watching a good movie with my husband in front of a hot herbal tea in winter or a fresh beer in summer, taking care of outdoor work in our garden and garden.
We are all lovers of good food and open to any culinary experimentation, especially the artist in this sector is my husband, Josè who has worked in restaurants for 30 years and is a meat fan, as a good Argentinean, I am more for a vegetarian/ethnic cuisine, both we love Indian and Italian cuisine of course.
My husband and I share a great dream: returning to a simpler life, where small gestures are enhanced, contact with nature, a lifestyle in harmony with nature, without waste and without creating pollution,a dream that we try to build day by day by cultivating and doing things alone in the house and sharing discoveries and work with friends that we hear from our own.
So my motto even on the road is live slowly, enjoy the present
