Concerning the issues in the apartment, I only heard about the shower, I took care of it and fixed it. For every problem you pointed out I tried to answer immediately.
Then, about the luggage issue, unfortunately I did not have the possibility to keep you luggage within the flat because I had to prepare the flat for the upcoming guests. The cleaning teams had to check the apartment before the arrival of the next guests, that is why there is a special time where people have to leave the apartment so every flat can be empty to let our teams clean properly.
I hope this necessity did not spoil your stay in Lyon, and I am pleased to know that you enjoyed the flat !
