Unfortunately an issue did occur with one of the two toilets in our property during Joe’s stay. It was repaired as soon as possible and the toilet is in proper working order again. Unfortunately it was not possible to have it repaired during Joe’s stay because it was a Bank Holiday and no plumbers would take the call-out. I communicated this and an apology to Joe and as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of only having one working toilet gave him an immediate discount.
We are very upfront that our accommodation is modest and make no apologies for it. Like all city centre accommodation whether it in a hotel or rental, our home is small but ample. We open up our home to travellers like ourselves who want to see cities and have a good time, but are on a budget. We are delighted to welcome all of our guests with our customary good cheer and courtesy irrespective of whether it is returned or not. We are lucky to have lots of local amenities on our doorstep and a few minutes walking distance away, we share our local information with guests so they can make the best choice for themselves and their budget.
For those who would rather the services and grandeur of a hotel, there are lots of suitable options in Dublin provided you are willing to pay. Again it is a matter of choice.
At the end of the day we want our guests to enjoy their stay in Dublin, so if you like what we have to offer in our home we look forward to having you stay with us soon. All but one have rated us as a 5 star accommodation to-date.
