This tranquil summer home is located in the quaint village of Wellington PEC on a quiet family friendly cul-de-sac.
Conveniently located in the heart of our small town, we are walking distance to the Wellington Beach and amazing restaurants and shops on Main Street including the Drake Devonshire, Lakeside Motel, & Midtown Brewing.
Our summer home is just a cycle away from many wineries off the Millennium Trail and a short drive across beautiful PEC to the sandy beaches of Sandbanks Park.

Our suburban home is a open-concept raised rancher with two defined living spaces. We offer 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, full kitchen and a lower kitchenette/bar area. This design makes our home an amazing rental for two families or multiple couples.
Come enjoy the Bounty of the County from this great central location in town. Whether it's a family getaway or couples weekend our home offers a blend of comfort & proximity to all things PEC.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths on the upper level and the lower level has two bedrooms and a full bath with kitchenette and common area with daybed and TV (Netflix). Our tankless hot water heater means everyone gets a hot shower!
We have minimal outdoor space, but guests are welcome to enjoy our small balcony and the lower patio in our back yard. We are also close to many green spaces including the Millennium Trail, Main Street Waterfront Park and the Wellington Rotary Beach which are all in walking distance. Or bring your bikes and hop on the Millennium Trail beside our home which winds through the County with several wineries within peddling distance.
We are just two short blocks (a 4 minute walk) from the center of Wellington where you can find Midtown Brewery, The Drake Devonshire, East & Main Bistro, Piccolina Aperitivo, The Good Place, Lemons, The Wellington Rotary Beach, Millennium Trail and other great local spots all within walking distance, including the local grocer and farmers market! Check out the newest restaurant to Wellington this year Koenji Restaurant & Whisky Bar and favorites like Idle Wild and La Condesa!!
The Lakeside Motel is a ten minute walk and features a beautiful outdoor lakeside patio & hip poolside bar. $25 towel deposit gets you use of the pool. Cocktails on the patio @ The Drake Devonshire or keep it casual @ North Docks overlooking the marina.
You can’t beat the central location in this small cozy town, with easy proximity to Hiller, with the greatest proportion on wineries in the County. It’s quinsy convenience at its best!
We are a 10 minute drive to nearby Hillier with an amazing collection of some of the best wineries in PEC and 30 minutes to most other wineries and breweries in the County. 12 minute drive to North Beach and 25 minutes to Sandbanks Beach! We've got your park admission covered with two park passes available to you during your stay

Guest access
Guests will have access to our whole home. We do have a small rear yard with a patio for guests use. Our yard is not fenced and open to neighbours. We do utilize exterior surveillance cameras for the safety of guests and our property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Other things to note
We provide two Provincial Park Passes that allow one vehicle each admission to any of the three beaches at Sandbanks Provincial Park (about 25 minutes away) or the smaller North Beach Provincial Park just 15 minutes away! Savings of over 40.00$ a day.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Our home is stocked with most of what you need for your stay including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, dishes and glassware, and the basic supplies for cooking including S&P, oil & vinegar, basic condiments, and a variety of spices. Don’t miss our collection of local PEC hot sauces!!
Our home is serviced by municipal water and is safe to consume. Additionally, we do have an in-home Kube water filtration system.
We also provide coffee & tea, sugar (please bring along your own milk/cream).
We have a small propane grill outdoors for guest use. Propane provided.
Laundry is available on premises including soap.

Due to the large size of our accommodation and the length of time to clean the home for each reservation, we have a minimum stay during the summer season.
Otherwise:

Long Weekends | Three Night Minimum
We do not break up weekends for two night stays
*Please note for guest safety and insurance purposes, we have a live-feed exterior audio/video surveillance system on premises.

***Our small outdoor yard is unfenced and is adjacent to a side street.
****Our driveway is gravel and parks four cars. Do not park in the garage. Seasonal street parking is available in accordance with bylaw.
