Accommodation is on the first floor and guests have exclusive use of the guest suite with great views! Quiet position, 10 minute walk to Launceston town centre and close to all other amenities. Allocated off road parking space adjoining the property. Secure lock up space is available for bikes.

I am married to Richard.
We owned and managed a very successful farm shop and restaurant in North Cornwall for several years until we decided to sell up and semi retire!

I enjoy walking, swimming, gym, gardening, cooking, reading, sewing, crafting. Richard is into motorbikes!

Guests can be assured of a homely and comfortable stay with the additional offer of fabulous food! I absolutely love to cook so there will often be home baked treats for guests to sample

Launceston is a Historic Town and has a Castle and Museum. The leisure centre and park is a ten minute walk from the property. There is a variety of big chain stores including a Marks and Spencer Food Hall, Costa Coffee and a wealth of independent cafes and shops all within walking distance.
The North Cornish coast is approximately 25 minutes by car such as Widemouth Bay and Bude. There are fantastic places to walk and cycle. Cardinham Woods, a popular Forestry Commission beauty spot is approximately 25 minutes drive. The award winning and very popular Lifton Farm Shop and Strawberry Fields is a ten minute drive away.
Tavistock, a very busy and popular Market Town in Devon is a 25 minute drive and well worth a visit.
The Meads Suite is walking distance to lots of pubs, restaurants and takeaways including Fish and Chips Indian, Turkish, Chinese and Pizza.
Launceston is a very central location with great access to fantastic places of interest in both Cornwall and Devon.

Recently retired after owning a Farm Shop and Restaurant in North Cornwall with my husband Richard. We usually holiday in Cyprus for some winter sun. We enjoy gardening, cooking, keeping fit and socialising with friends and family.
