Whether you need a room or an entire house, come stay at our place! Our newly built home sleeps up to 10, has a great kitchen and large great room with fireplace ac & sweeping views. Seat everyone at the dining room table. Two lofts provide a bit more extra sleeping space, but not as private.

The space
This space is plentiful with beautiful views to the east, south, north and west. It feels like you are out in the middle of the country but really only 1 mile from Ithaca mall and not far to Cornell University and Ithaca College.

The main house includes 6 beds located in 3 bedrooms, 2 lofts and den.

This space may NOT BE GOOD FOR SMALL CHILDREN. Please discuss with host prior to booking.

The 3 bedrooms each have a queen bed-one room is master suite with private bathroom and soaker tub; Den with futon and the loft has a double and twin mattresses on the floor provide extra space to slumber.

The mudroom has washer/dryer, the great room with living space, gas fireplace, and flat screen tv and audio. There is a porch w/ gas grill. Other comforts of home here for you: linens, hairdryers, irons, etc.

Level 2 EV charging may be available upon request. There may be a nominal fee.

Other things to note
We will be staying in the basement apartment. This space has separate entrances. The laundry room and parking area are shared by all guests on property- not just renters for the main house. Please note this is not a party house. Any group desiring a party should seek another location.

We are a friendly, quiet family out here in the countryside of Ithaca. We love living in Ithaca in our new home that has great views. Starting the day with a good cup of coffee in the window seat as the sun rises, cooking for family and friends in our dream kitchen, or curled-up on the leather couch at the end of the day with a glass of wine, fire, and movie as the sun sets is how we like it best at home. Some people relax in the soaker tub. Who knew that building a house could end up like this! We love to share this space with others and hear stories of other folks' travels. We like people to feel comfortable making themselves at home with just the right amount of interaction to have what they need. Some guests decide to join us for dinner!
