Living in Ireland in our historic family home called Burtown House & Gardens. I am a photographer, restauranteur, gardener, food grower & who loves to travel. I am married to a beautiful Irish girl called Joanna, a designer and super cook and mother to our three children Bella, Mimi and William. We have a farm to form restaurant called The Green Barn on the edge or our organic walled garden in the grounds of our house. It is surrounded by 12 acres of lush flowers, woodland and vegetable gardens, a sculpture park and many fields of wild flowers. We are passionate about what we eat and where it has come from (normally our garden) which supplies our restaurant. Our house in Ireland is one one of the few houses in Ireland to be still lived in by the family that built it. You can find more at our website.

During your stay
There are always almost family members on the property at some point between the main house which is 100 meters away, or at Lesley Fennell’s house which is the other side of the courtyard.
There are also staff members at the green barn and workmen on the farm. The place is never deserted.
