Hi Joyce, thank you for staying in my apartment and your feedback. Communication is a top priority and I have 2 property manager for this unit including one on site. I checked the communication history on the App and don't see any message that wasn't answered within 30min (our goal for each guest message). We always stay in touch with our guest before, and during their stay. It looks like you were not receiving the messages from Airbnb as we provide instructions on how to park. We mention there are plenty of spots (always, even at 10pm) on the 3rd floor of the parking lot, near the tennis courts. I am not sure why you refer to a security card as the access to the unit is done using a keypad (the easiest way to check-in). Regarding Wifi, it is provided by the company Spectrum for the entire island of Maui. It is a high-speed internet service for the entire building (not specific to my unit) and I often go in the unit myself to "work from home". I never encounter any issue even for video calls.
