This professionally decorated upscale home is ideal for those who want a fully-equipped place Broad Ripple property in Indy's favorite neighborhood. Numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops are within easy walking distance. The C&O Canal is a block away. The beloved Monon Trail is nearby. Wakefield Park is also a block away as is a new IndyGo Red Line transit station. But you may just want to stay and relax in this comfortable home.

The space
The master bedroom includes a new queen bed. New twin beds are in the second bedroom. Guests should feel free to move the twin beds together if desired (king-sized linens are available). All mattresses are new and high-quality. The home, of course, is wi-fi equipped and includes a network printer that guests are welcome to use. Netflix and Pandora, as well as local television stations, are available to guests.

As you see from the photos, the home includes a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a dining room with a table that seats six. Although street parking is almost always available, there is a driveway adjacent to the home where guests are welcome to park.

Other things to note
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (including a popcorn popper, Ninja blender, hand mixer, mini-Cuisinart food processor, and toaster). The home also includes a hair dryer, steamer, iron & ironing board, a small herb garden, screened-in front porch, a deck in the rear, and a fenced-in backyard.
