Great location, few minutes from the beach, great view from property. Property looks exactly like on pictures. Bus stop just opposite flat. The flat is on the 4th floor, there is a lift. The owner was not there but his friend came to enable access to the property. There is a private car park if you are going to hire a car, which is helpful.The communication could be slightly better and quicker respond.Otherwise Benicassim is a beautiful place to enjoy your holiday.Thank you Jose.

This property was comfortable and had plenty of space and cupboards for our stay. It is very close to the beach which provides nice walking options and access for swimming in the summer. The grounds are well maintained and the building quiet. The kitchen was well equiped but the host might need to check that everything in the kitchen has been properly washed. Otherwise the apartment was clean. We were there in the autumn and loved the amount of sun that came into the unit. Jose and his wife were very pleasant when we met them.
