The property has been recently modernised to offer comfortable, self-contained accommodation, while retaining some of its original features, including masonry walling and the two safes which served the previous builders' merchant business.
It is located a short walking distance from the centre of the old fishing town of Anstruther, its historic harbour and many amenities.
Within a 30 minute drive one can access some of the best golf courses Scotland has to offer.
