Fully equipped with all amenities, this gorgeous full of light maisonette is the ideal location for a getaway. Just refurbished to a luxurious finish, it offers Wifi, dvd player, cable tv, air conditioning in all rooms, and its own sea view roof and super close to beach

The space

The maisonette is very spacious and full of natural light and has just been fully renovated. The gorgeous blue sea is just a few meters away , and there is also a sandy beach about 10 minutes away on foot.
We have the bus stops steps away from the property and grocery shops 5 m
inutes away. Perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Guest access

You have access to anything in the apartment. From kitchen utensils to washing machine to dvd player. WIFI available as well on request.

Cleaning and linen are all inclusive of the price, so no need to carry extra stuff in your suitcases!! So is cleaning :)

Please note electricity is extra - mainly due to the air conditioning.
As a reference, an air con unit on at night, in 1 bedroom would equal average of 4 or 5 Eur a night (per room). One can monitor usage at all times

Check-in and check-out was really easy, just a quick overview of the apartment and payment of electricity at the end. We could stay until the afternoon the last day as there was no other booking for that day. The place is as described, there are shops, restaurants, bus stops, beach close to it. We didn't have any problems.

Response from Johanna:
I feel these are very unfair comments - my feedback below: Guests were nor tidy nor clean - which is particularly important in hot countries like Malta, where ants would be drawn to food left uncovered and / or dropped on floor and not picked up. The whole apartment is also equipped with insect screens on all windows and doors. No other previous guest complained about this. We also do not think the pillows smelt at all - and if clients had mentioned it during their stay, we would have immediately replaced them with new ones. This would have been easily resolved should the clients have mentioned it during the stay, rather than complain once they left on the site. Unfortunately guests booked and paid for the apartment, without first checking if it had a lift, which they actually required. Instead of cancelling the reservation, I feel they stayed and raised other complaints to cause unnecessary issues.

This was a great place to stay for the family - easy to find and easy access to everything you need on holiday. Really great communication and excellent value for money. Thanks for everything

The apartment of Johanna was fine. It is very big with three decent bed rooms, large living room and kitchen. It provides air conditioning in all areas except the kitchen, although this is charged extra (in our case it was 20 euros for a week, we only had ac on in the bedrooms during nights). In summer, it is hard to cool down the place just by opening windows. You have to like very firm mattresses on your bed, or else sleeping will be less comfortable. Personally, this was too firm for me. Wi-Fi works well. Kitchen is fully equipped, also with freezer. Ants do find your food as well... The friend of Johanna kindly waited for us until 1 in the night. In the amenities a hair dryer was listed, but there wasn't one available in the apartment. Johanna and Clare kindly managed to get me one after a few days.

It was very nice week in Malta. The appartement was clean and very comfortable. Johanna was very hospitable and helpful. There was a little nice beach, some small supermarkets and bus stops very close to appartement. We was a little surprised we had to pay extra for electricity, but it was not too much. Thank You, Johanna.

We've just had a lovely week in Marsascala in this apartment . We = me, my husband, our two grown up kids with their boy- and girlfriend. It was a nice apartment, plenty of room for all of us, clean and fresh. Realy good with AC in all the rooms, necessary to be able to sleep. Kitchen well equiped, we would have wanted a coffe machine or espresso maker. Another thing we would have wanted was outdoor furnitures at the terrace. Johanna is very nice and easy to get in touch with and has answered all our questions quickly. We where met by Tiana and she showed us all we needed to now and told us about local stores, beaches, the AC and all in between. There is an abandoned half built hotel not far from the apartment where it is nice to take a bath. Walking towards St Thomas Bay for less then ten minutes will get you to a really nice beach with sand rocks. Clear blue water, a platform from where you can jump, a small cave where the water seems green. Our absolute favorite was St Peters Pool. We tried to walk there, but that was too far away, so you would need a car, but it's aboslutely worth it! Bring water and something to eat, as this is pure nature with BEAUTIFUL water and a good oportunity to challenge your vertigo, although there are steps into the water if you're not up to it. The restaurants in Marsascala are ok, we think the Bay Leaf was the best. The Bongo Nyah bar was really cool!

It was extremely easy to book this apartment and a great place to be. 2 Groceries within a small walk, the bus stop is across the street and a small beach is about a 15 minute walk. Since the bus around Malta costs 1,50 Euro per day per person it is easy to get around. The apartment was a great place to relax at the end of the day and on our days off from touring Malta.

Like most people I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures. I was lucky enough to visit quite a few places, but Malta will always be my home.
I live in the UK now, with my gorgeous two little ones, and visit Malta regularly.
So when I am not in my place myself, you are welcome to stay in my home! Feel free to let me know if you need any additional information about the place, locality or Malta in general :)
