Dear Rosie, I'm very sorry that you feel these issues have effected your stay. During our many short conversations whilst you were here the only points raised to me were 2 rings not working on 1 hob, and a grill not working in a main oven. I did not know until cleaning one of the 3 apartments that the seal had been entirely removed from an otherwise functioning dishwasher, leaving the apartment standing water. I believe the children did go horse riding after I gave you the contact details for our local provider? Horse riding has not been on offer here for some time and had you mentioned it whilst arranging your stay I would have informed you of this. I believe Ian was uncomfortable feeding all 16 of you (quite understandably) by himself on the first night. He did however ask you to let us know if you wanted a meal on the second night (which we were more than prepared to do) - however nobody approached us. We do ask that you let us know of any problems so that we can resolve them or find an alternative whilst you are here, and I'm sorry that you did not feel comfortable raising these issues in person when we spoke. I hope you will understand that we rely on visitors highlighting these problems, and receive these comments gratefully so we can ensure they are resolved for future holiday makers. Many thanks
