the fact that we are a real estate agency is very clear on my profile and I thik it could be a garantee not a detterent; but we use the same attention and friendliness in dealing with our guests and you can find this in many reviews.
What I don't accept is that everythings is exploited by a request of money.
Not really pleasant guests. we had an initial disadvantage due to a delay in the delivery of linen, which we apologized widely , delivering later in the afternoon and personally caming to prepare all the beds. this misunderstanding has affected heavily and negatively on the whole holiday where every minimal issue has been taken as an insurmountable difficulty: an overload of electricity, since they used the air conditioning constantly at very low temperature in conjunction with other appliances (danger of which had been warned), resolved as soon as we were able to contact them because they did not answer our repeated phone calls; two personal pillowcases taken for misunderstanding by our cleaning staff, promptly returned washed and scented after a day ..... messages and daily phone calls to remind us how they were dissatisfied with our behavior to end up obviously with a final request for reimbursement motivated I do not know from which damage
