The Villa is beautiful and thoughtfully fitted out for guests. It has an amazing patio and pool area with stunning sunset views every evening. It is quiet, being on the hillside overlooking the bays of Mlini, which has bars, boats, restaurants and a vibrant area to enjoy. It's a short taxi ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Zarco couldn't have been more helpful and we felt very much at home.

One thing makes this property great...the balcony area and the view. In our opinion, the accuracy of the property description is not good - the walk to the beach is not 10 minutes and if anyone has any sort of walking difficulty it issue with stairs-this location is highly unsuitable. We ended up having to hire a car, which was not something that was made clear as an essential in the description. The supermarket is not walking distance! However, the view is stunning as is the outdoor area and its outlook. We found Zarko welcoming and helpful, however there were times where he would turn up unnanounced and drunk which is not acceptable in our opinion, especially with a young baby in our party. In saying that, he did do us a good couple of favours and was wanting to check all was ok. We had 8 in our group and this was far too many. The house is of good size but there are not enough beds. The seventh and eighth person were required to sleep on sofas - an air bed and fold our bed were too uncomfortable for them. Mlini is the perfect area to stay in this area and as stated before, the house is of good size and the view from the house unbelievable!

Response from Zarko:
Dear Martin and Tori Thanks you for your review but I have to say I am surprised with your review. While in the house you could say something was wrong and maybe I could help you then. Walking distance is 10 min to the beach, but if you are with a baby or have walking issues then it takes longer. Also writing that I was drunk?? Sorry this is unacceptable. I don't know how did you came to this conclusion. As I told you I was tired after three days work and I told you that. I came to visit you three time during your stay, I took you to supermarket, airport, offer transfer and I was at you disposal all the time if you needed me. Also on you arrival I told you that I will come to see you from time to time. I have the right to check up on you. In our description we wrote (car recommended) so there was info about location. Anyhow, thank you for your stay in our house and I wish you all the best in the future.

Zarko was very helpful and readily available for anything we needed. Place was just as good as the pictures imply and we had a great time.

Both Zarko and his wife are very kind and friendly hosts. They try to help and solve your problems at any time you ask. The villa itself is very nice, clean and is equipped with whatever you could need. The house is huge and offers a lot of rooms for two families (4 kinds + 4adults). It has a big terrace and its location on a hill allows for watching the Milini Port. No doubts, it is a perfect and recommended location for your family to stay. Next time I’ll be thinking of booking the same place when we decide to go there.
