A relaxing 5 bedroom family cottage on 1.7 acre property with 166 ft of private waterfront. Only a 15 minute drive to Bruce Peninsula National Park (The Grotto) and a 25 minute drive to Tobermory. This charming blue cottage is set on the shoreline of the beautiful blue waters of Lake Huron on the Bruce Peninsula. Hike the Bruce Trail, explore the Grotto, kayak on the lake, stay warm by the campfire and watch amazing sunsets right on the property.

The space
Enjoy your getaway in our 5 bedroom cottage with an unforgettable view of Lake Huron. The cottage is located on a private 166 ft. x 341 ft. treed lot. Our centrally located property is perfect for exploring Tobermory and the Bruce Peninsula.

The Blue Huron is a two level cottage with 3 bedrooms (queen, double and double) on the main level and 2 bedrooms (queen and bunkbed (queen&twin)) on the lower level.

Open concept living/dining room with 12 ft wide patio doors give you an amazing view of Lake Huron. Two large 32 ft wide decks (front and back of the cottage) with propane BBQ & patio furniture. The 46" flatscreen TV is equipped with Roku smart TV, Blu-ray DVD and VCR. We provide high speed lite internet with Unlimited WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, plates, pots and pans. There are electrical heating systems in each room and an electric fireplace in the living room. Enjoy the outdoor firepit by the waterfront along with a large grassy area at the back.

**July to October are Saturday to Saturday Weekly Rentals only **

** Renters must bring their own bed linens and towels (Due to Covid)**

**Renters are responsible for leaving the cottage as clean as it was found - cleaning supplies provided on-site.**

** Cottage has a well that supplies the cottage with water. The water is safe and full of minterals such as iron because of this the water can leave water stains and smells different then city water**

You will have access to the whole cottage. You will get the key pad code when checking into the cottage.

INCLUDED FOR USE IN RENTAL - One Green 15' Canoe, 2 kayaks, 3 adult bikes, and 1 child size bike

The Setting - - Semi private setting out of view from neighbours with approx. 150 ft. private driveway. - Larsen Cove is one of the most incredible spots with protected water area yet has ocean like views on Lake Huron. - private waterfront provides safe swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, watersports, fishing.

*gentle grade lime-stone rock shoreline can be slippery when wet - water-shoes ($15/pair at Cdn Tire) recommended for swimming

TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING THE COTTAGE CLEAN AS IT WAS FOUND - cleaning supplies provided on-site.

ANY GUESTS OVER THE 8 GUEST LIMIT WILL BE CHARGED $250 PER EXTRA PERSON

YOU MUST TAKE YOUR GARBAGE WITH YOU, you are allowed two free bags at the local land fill

Neighbourhood highlights

We are located in Larsen Cove. There is a public sandy beach great for children very close to the cottage and small 1.5 acre island just 150' off shore that you can kayak/canoe over to explore. This area is fun for exploring, swimming and picnics - the cove provides protected area from big water waves and incredible sunsets. Also a great area to launch boats and seadoos, etc. THE COTTAGE IS PART OF A SMALL COMMUNITY AND EVERYONE KNOWS EACHOTHER - PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND PEOPLE FROM THE COMMUNITY ARE WANTING RESPECT FROM THE AIRBNB'S. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES. ALL LOUD NOISE AND MUSIC NOT ALLOWED FROM 10PM to 10AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.
