The best of both worlds! You’ll be in a really vibrant and convenient part of the city, yet because this cottage is tucked away in a private courtyard alley it’s blissfully quiet.

Enjoy this a 600 sq. ft. antique ‘trinity’ (one room on each of 3 floors), the Philly version of a tiny house. Accessed through an iron gate off one of the prettiest streets in historic Queen Village, it's been completely renovated while retaining its original period charm.

This was our first trip to Philadelphia and Elizabeth sent multiple emails of correspondence to help us get acquainted with the area and with finding her place. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

Certainly both quirky and quaint! Elizabeth and Joan were great hosts who were quick to answer any queries. This house was in a good place to explore Philadelphia's old town.

Loved the neighborhood. Everything was close. We just Ubered everywhere. Elizabeth had a lot of comfort touches that made the stay wonderful. The apartment itself is unique and charming. Would stay here again. Oh, and the beds were comfy!
