The space
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
A rustic restored farm house with 3 bedroom which sleeps up to 6 people, 2 bathroom plus outdoor shower. Situated on 100 acres available for your own private use for weekends, extended stays or TV commercials.

Bedrooms consist of king, queen and double bed, all fitted with 1000tc linen, electric blankets, wall heaters and fans. Air conditioning & flat screen TV in the master bedroom .

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
House consists of NBN wifi, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop/oven, outdoor bbq, washing machine, heaters in all rooms, air conditioning in master and living area, flat screen TV in living area and master bedroom, DVD player and DVD selection, outdoor wood fire oven, outdoor campfire, indoor fireplace, kids cubby, linen, towels, kitchen utensils crockery, cooking pots/pans & fire wood for burning, enclosed house paddock to keep dogs and children safe.

Up and close to Shetland ponies & miniature ponies. They love apples and carrots.
