Our home is in the centre of Ottery St Mary, Devon, close to several pubs and restaurants. It is situated in a private courtyard, set back from the main road, so it is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers. We are 6 miles from the coast at Sidmouth, and near Exeter.
One large bedroom, on the third floor, with a comfy king size bed, and great views. There is a bathroom for your private use, on the second floor.

The space
Our house is in a delightful courtyard, tucked away down a private road, and yet in the centre of Ottery. The bedroom which is on the third floor, has stunning views over Ottery and towards St Mary's church. There is a rocking chair, T.V and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The exclusive use bathroom is on the 2nd floor, and has a full length bath as well as a shower over the bath.

Please note that we have 2 mature cats living with us.

Ottery St Mary is a small town but with lots of amenities. There are several pubs, a few restaurants, a fish and chip shop, 2 Chinese takeaways - all within walking distance of our house. There is also a Sainsbury's supermarket nearby. Within driving distance there are several excellent pubs and restaurants, and the market town of Honiton is a short drive away. The coast is nearby, with Sidmouth, Exmouth and Lyme Regis just a few miles away.

Moved to Devon five years ago with my husband - such a beautiful place to live, with easy access to the coast. Lots of great walks nearby, which we both enjoy. I have 1 mature cat, who is affectionate and lazy!
