Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game. The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

The space
Warneet Retreat is located in the small, friendly coastal village of Warneet, which is situated on Westernport Bay. Step outside your door and across the road to a small beach where you can swim at high tide. There are walking and cycling tracks along the inlet or through bushland. (I have bikes you can borrow). The birdlife is amazing. A couple of hundred metres away there is a free tennis court, basketball ring, lookout and oval. (I have tennis raquets and a basketball you can borrow). There is a small jetty across the road you can fish from and free public barbeques.

Where you’ll be

Warneet, Victoria, Australia

Warneet is a friendly village of approx 325 people who are a mix of ages. There is a general store, boat ramp, bait shop and cafe in town. You can fish from either the small north jetty or the long main jetty. You can swim at high tide, launch a kayak or boat to explore the various arms of rutherford inlet. In summer the midgies can be annoying at dawn and dusk and if allergic their bites can be very itchy so cover up and spray.
