Enjoy this historic home in Port Dalhousie built in 1904, personally decorated by Alice Ann- interior designer! Each room is carefully created, comfortable, and shows off the character of the home. The house is divided (shared w/ me), you will have your own private locked section including the porch & BBQ! Sit on the porch and watch the rowers walk by. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Royal Henley, 10 minutes to walk into Port Dalhousie, and a short drive to nearby wineries and breweries.

The space
The front door is where you would enter, where you can also enjoy some wine or home cooked meals on the porch. There is a BBQ at the side of the house that is set up for you to use also. The main floor has the living room with TV, and upstairs you have the entire top floor for use which has a small dining space, three bedrooms, a kitchen/laundry room, bathroom with shower and claw-foot tub, and a patio off the master bedroom. The master has a gas fireplace and a TV.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front half of the house and the entire upstairs. I (Alice Ann) live in the back half of the lower level. I work a lot so we may or may not see each other in passing.

Other things to note
Guests do not have access to the back yard or pool.

Port Dalhousie is a very safe and friendly area. Most people are looking to wave hello! The summer is very busy with rowing and those visiting the Marina. There is a beach and some great restaurants. Coffee shops and ice cream too!

During your stay
I will be around at times but will always keep to myself, you have full privacy and full access to the front and top of the house. Your area does not connect to mine. I access the house through the back doors, you use the front door.
