Unique place, located in the trendy Dansaert neighbourhood, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a 10 min walk to the 'Big Market' and Manneke Pis.

A toilet, which is opposite your room in the hallway, is for your private use. The apartment is located in the trendy and central Dansaert district, known for its designer boutiques, stylish fashion shops and art galleries, but most of all for its cosy restaurants and trendy bars that cater for all tastes and budgets.
Your 20 m2 luminous bedroom is overlooking a quiet private garden and is equipped with a comfortable king size bed (180x200) for 2 persons, a private bathroom with shower and sink, hair dryer, free WIFI, access to a wardrobe.
In terms of window coverings, the room has both blinds and electric shutters, allowing you to fully darken the room and keep the sun out on warm days.
Fresh bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo are provided.
You have access to the room, the south oriented terrace and the garden, where you can relax and enjoy a drink. This is very rare in the centre of Brussels!
My sunny apartment is just a 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place, Manneke Pis and all the sights in the city centre.
The stop for the sightseeing bus (hop on hop off) is a 5 minutes stroll away. 'Winterwonders', the famous Brussels' Christmas Market, is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The European Quarter is just a short metro ride away.
It's only a 15 minutes walk or 3 metro stops to the Central Train Station and the Magritte Museum.
The metro-entrance is literally only 10 steps from the front door! Hop on the metro and visit the world famous Atomium and the Brussels Expo Exhibition Centre (a.k.a Heizel).
From the easy accessible Central Train Station you can catch direct trains to Bruges (1h), Gent (30m), Antwerp (45m) or Ieper (1h44m) to visit Flanders Fields.
Furthermore, there is also a tram across the street that goes straight to the Midi Train Station (10 minute ride), where you can catch national and international high speed trains.
The bike station is only a two minutes walk from the house. You can easily rent a bike, which you can depose in any other bike station in town. Check it out on the internet, it's called Villo.
It's a 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, and there are multiple small grocery stores and night shops just around the corner. Lots of restaurants, snack bars and cafés too!

You will be personally welcomed.
Please confirm your check in time and narrow it down to a one hour window no later than 5 days before your arrival. If your arrival time changes after that, please check with the host if she can welcome you at your new preferred check-in time so that agendas can be matched. In case you need to arrive between 22:00 & 24:00 please verify with host in advance if late check-in is possible. In case host agrees that late check-in is possible, a 'late check in fee' of €25 is applied after 22:00.
Clean towels are included along with bedding.
