It is not fancy - but the folks are nice and the beach is very close and the pool and pool area were very clean. Lots of fun pool toys for the kids. The condo had beach chairs and an umbrella which was nice. Good location for restaurants, etc.

The Rental was way over priced for what you get. The Cleaning Fee was so over priced for what they do is unbelievable for cleaning 1 set of sheets and some towels for 3 days $289.00! Thier was someone elses hair all over the bathroom floors, the slidding glass doors to the porc…

The cleaning fee involves more than just the cleaning. There are fees associated with the management company embedded in that fee. We certainly regret the housekeeping issues experienced by the guest and would have happily addressed them immediately had we known.
