This beautiful, clean( Covid-19 Cleanings), light filled home has 3 spacious master suites with attached bathrooms. For a larger group this is ideal. 2 car garage +2 driveway parking spots. There is a BBQ and HOT TUB on a private patio, or relax inside with your full kitchen to cook all your meals.. Plenty of room to spread out ,relax and feel comfortable. A/C, furnace, gas fireplace, W/D . We want you to enjoy your time in Moab, staying with us is your first step. Welcome home.

The space
Two levels of 2000 sq. feet living space with 3 master suites. One with a King bed. Upstairs 2 suites- one 2 Queens, another 1 Queen & 2 Twins. Loft TV area has a double pull out couch. All have attached bathrooms . Downstairs has a walk through shower. Upstairs both have a tub shower combo.
Downstairs full kitchen, dining area, living room adjacent to your private with a HOT TUB/patio/BBQ area.

Guest access
We will give you an access code to enter the house when you make your booking.

Other things to note
We ask that our guests take care of our place and enjoy it. If bringing pets, please tell us so we can prepare for them.
We are not in town so you will feel less stress from the busy part of Moab. We are close to all amenities and to trails, sights etc.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are close to Hwy 191 and there are a series of condos with no street(You have a 2 car garage, plus two private spots out front)parking available but there are some extra larger spots on a first come first served basis perfect for trucks and trailers.
